Interview
I was invited in after studying the company culture, ethos and reputation, to present to the board of Directors. There were six, including the CEO, who critiqued me on a pitch for new business. The process was very formal, lasted two hours and involved a powerpoint presentation, a Q&A session and feedback on how I had presented, what each director thought and where I would be able to improve.
