The interview process was very simple.... They basically want to know if you read well without feeling self conscious, because others on the floor are going to hear you... You are asked a few things about yourself ...but...what they want you to have is a hard sell type personality ... the kind that won't take no for an answer... The customer service type is not what hey are looking for...U have to be able to take rejection and not be too sensitive...that's the message that comes across in the interview... U are given a piece to read aloud so they can hear how you come across , then you are told that U will get a call back or when the 2day training starts
