Applied through LinkedIn & didn't hear back until about two weeks later to schedule a brief video screen. The call took place on Memorial Day with one of the Ops Managers. He was straightforward, actively listened & asked general questions to make sure my experience aligned. I was immediately moved on to the next step to interview with the reporting manager. The second interview took place a couple days later & went very well so he made it seem. Before the call ended, he asked me to send over my availability to get scheduled for the final interview with his manager. I provided my availability to him within an hour that Thursday - no response. I followed up the coming Monday & provided more availability for the week - still no response. Ironically, they manager stated they needed to hire someone within the next week & as I type this it is said day over a week later & I have yet to hear back. I had high hopes & a positive outlook until now.
