Retykle interview questions

First interview with manager, they were very nice and explained more about the company. Second interview with the founder which went alright. More behavioural type questions and about my experience. Negative parts: They did not bother to send a rejection email even after interviewing with the CEO/founder. Additionally, the internship position on the website states that it is paid but when I asked about it during the interview, they said it was not paid. Seems like they are advertising that is is paid but will only accept people who are willing to work for free.
