Worst Company ever.
Please bear with me for few minutes. I really don't waste your time, It is worth reading for you, If you really want to know about this crooked company.
Brief about my self (2 yrs experienced .Net Developer, Current CTC:4.7 lakhs INR , Exp CTC:6.5 laksh INR)
I will share my original interview experience with this company. I have applied Revalsys through the Hirist. They approached me to attend the interview at BanjaraHills Office. I was very excited and also got know about the interview process comprising of analytical, System Test(CRUD Operation with 3 layer architecture), Technical Round, and finally HR. When I first thought of interview process, I felt very good as they are checking candidate potential practically and theoretically and I hope It will good opportunity for learning in this. But believe me, If you ever have these kind of thoughts and expectations, Please stop at by reading this review. If you want a personal experience like me, you can go ahead and can share your bitter experience.
Coming to my interview experience, I went to their office at 10:30 AM. First they have given analytical test(easy) and I cleared the round, Now its time for System Test. They have asked me to implement search functionality of employees(based on name, mobileno, emailid, DOB etc) and the time limit was 2 hrs. I have completed within 1 hr 30 mins. I have also cleared this round. Next is Technical round, I told it was just for 10-15 mins, but the interviews went on for 1hr 15 mins. It went good and I felt accomplished. Now the final HR round, they said hr was in meeting and told they will contact me tomorrow for HR round. It was around 6:00 PM and I said OK and came back to my home. Next day morning they have called me and made an offer of 3 lakhs INR. I was stunned and became sick by hearing their offer. I have told them, I'm not interested to join the company ever and felt I have wasted 1 day by attending their stupid interview conducted by foolish people.
Sincere request for experienced professionals: Don't waste your precious time with this kind of company.
