The first 2 interviews went very well. In the second one, the managers were gushing about my every answer. Including saying "that is exactly the answer we were looking for". I was told that this interview would focus on my experience & the next would go over my technical experience. Only for me to not move forward to the next round & only getting an automated rejection email with no feedback. When I reached out to the recruiter for feedback I was told that I did not have enough technical experience. That doesn't seem legitimate considering I was never asked about my technical experience & was specifically told it would be gone over in the next round so I did not attempt to work it in on my own. When giving feedback it could at least be honest & applicable, this just seemed like a stock response.
