The interview was made of 3 main parts:
- Initial interview, typical cultural fit, asking for past experiences, education and what to expect from the job opportunity with related questions about salary and benefits.
- Then there was a tech interview with the frontend team, with a bugfix code part and the implementation of a new feature. Easy tech interview and the team was very nice.
- Last interview is just a talk with CEO and HR.
After every part there is a call with the HR for questions and a feedbacks.
Really good process and the HR has done everything to let the candidate feels great with the process.
