I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Revolent in Jan 2022
Interview
Seemed like a salespitch more than a job interview. Interview was suspiciously easy. My scam alarm was set off a few times.
The interviewer tried to lowball the salary and then presented me with a 2 year contract. I definitely knew this was fishy! Reading reviews on reddit, it seems like I dodged a bullet.

Very generalized programming Q for a technical interview
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Revolent
Interview
Pretty good ! Interviews are in 4 rounds : 1. Tech Test Round 2. HR Round 3. Presentation with VP 4. Client Round Overall all 4 rounds are okay to crack ,
Multiple stages with a lot of fluff. Mostly about experience and projects worked on. Competency based questions as described bellow. I believe they wanted a presentation. There was a lot of conflicting information from different like one person said one salary and then another person said another.
