Experience related questions. Details of how to think about a low volume high mix product category. How to save on cost and time and hone on repeatability, quality, ease of manufacturing.
First interview was swift, yet thorough. Answered all my questions with no hesitation. Was transparent about their current situation with the employee they were replacing which was commendable. Honest about pay and their concerns with me and the long distance drive.
