Interview
The interview process was efficient and easy to understand. The internal recruiter that I worked with was extremely professional and kept me informed throughout the entire process. This was honestly one of the best interviewing experiences I have ever had. The entire process took about two weeks and there was a series of four interviews, with the last one being in-person at their Chicago office. Overall, I had a pleasant and welcoming experience with all the individuals I interviewed with and the questions were thought provoking and well suited to the job position. Very impressed.

Interview
I had an initial call with someone from HR, then another call with the hiring manger the next day. Around 2 weeks after that process they let me know they would not move forward as the pay they had in mind was below my requirements.

There were quite a few questions about my background, management approach, workflows and software proficiencies.

Interview
Hello,
I had a scheduled interview for 2 pm, but with my work schedule and duties as a Tech Lead for the organization I currently work for I had to join the interview a few minutes after 2.
Once joining, I apologized to the hiring manager and explained I had to stay to supervise for a few minutes. She seemed to disregard what I said and asked if the recruiter who referred me told me about their late policy, which I was not informed.
Nevertheless, she went through the entire interview process, answered my questions, and said I should hear back hopefully soon.
After the interview, I emailed her and the recruiter thanking them for their time. The recruiter immediately responded telling me because I was late the hiring manager decided not to move forward at this time.
I'm all about feedback and I accept the result, but what was unprofessional was still going through the interview process with me in detail when it was clearly already decided at the start I was declined to move forward.
In my opinion, that was very unprofessional and I would not recommend an interview for this role. In my opinion, based on the interview with the hiring manager this is a company that does not care much about the human element.
