Reworld Director, Operations interview questions

Applied Online. HR called and told it was a behavioral interview. There will be two rounds of interview in a day. The company took one round of interview. Cancelled the next round of interview. The HR copies me on an internal email stating that we are cancelling the next round based on feedback from the first panel while copying other covanta employees on that email. It was also obvious that the interview panel was carrying grudges against the person who was previously in this position.
