      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Rexall in Jan 2016

      Interview

I applied online, a few weeks later I received an email to arrange a phone interview. I replied and didn't hear back for almost a week. Followed up and finally scheduled a phone interview then they had to reschedule again. Phone interview was about 40 minutes in which they barely asked about me, just all strictly behavioural questions. All of the questions were tell me about a time when.... Also I had the impression she was trying to dissuade me from the position by telling me they have offer more clerical positions which seems in line with what I currently do.. It's been a couple of weeks and even with follow up I haven't heard back.
