I applied online and got an interview a couple days later. Interview was fairly simple and short. The person who interviewed me was very laid back. The interview was like a conversation. It took around 10 minutes. Interviewer asked about past work experiences and which one I liked the best.

Question 1
Describe a time when you've had to work with someone you didn't get along with.
Short question/answer 1 on 1 with the store manager. Atmosphere was pretty relaxed since it is just a part-time position. Overall it took less than 30 minutes. Was offered the position after the interview.
Applied in person, was called for an interview the next day. The interview was one on one and was very straightforward and not that long. I got offered a job the next day.

Interview
Met with manager and she asked basic questions. She was very friendly and easy to connect with. She hired me instantly and I started that evening. She was interested in who I am as a person.
