I had 2 separate interviews. The first interview i met with 2 hr managers, and the second was with the VP of HR. I felt like i was having more of a conversation than an interrogation.

Only made it to a recruiter screen for this position, but that's not the issue. I applied on LinkedIn and received an email instructing me to self-select a time slot for the initial phone screen. I did so and then day-of got a notification that my screen was cancelled for that day and rescheduled to the next week at a day/time I didn't even choose with 5 minutes notice. I just found it odd that there was no "apologies for the last minute change or inconvenience", but things happen. Had the screen the next week instead and it was pretty standard. Recruiter was pleasant, provided some info, and asked a few basic questions about my interest in the position and background. Said they would follow up with next steps. Checked in exactly a week later and was ghosted. No response or update for several weeks. Finally, almost a month from the initial screen, I got a generic template rejection email that wasn't even from the person I spoke to, but signed from the "recruitment team". Just seems super rude and impersonal to generic reject a candidate after you had an actual conversation with them and completely ignored their follow up.
