The interview process consists of 5 rounds.
Round 1 - Online aptitude round
Round 2 - Online Group Discussion
Round 3 - Technical Discussion 1
Round 4 - Technical Discussion 2
Round 5 - General HR
In Round 1, we had aptitude questions from basic topics.
Those who got shortlisted from round 1 were divided into groups for the further round that is Online Group discussion round. In this second round we were given a topic on the spot along with 5 minutes time to prepare.
The next round was Technical Discussion 1 in which they collected our resume and then asked us to write the code for some basic programs and we can choose any language of our choice. And in this round we are expected to explain the logic of the code that we have written and then some extra basic programs were asked along with some sql queries.
The next round was Technical Discussion 2, here most of the questions were from the resume. They mainly focused on the projects, area of interest and hobbies but even in this round they asked us to write sql queries for the given scenarios.
The final round was the general HR, in this round they asked why Rheinbrucke, why should we hire you, Family background. Then they told about the package, location and also added that the further procedures will be sent through mail.
