The interview process was pretty straight forward. I was asked how to handle situations and how to assist the warden in ensuring the residence is run smoothly for all inhabitants.

You are a interviewed by panel consisting of house and hall warden and two house committee members (students). They each take turns to ask you job related questions on how you handle stress, how you'd handle certain situations, etc

Interview
The interview process begins with an annual call put up by the Human Resources Division on the student webpage. There are forms provided for the application process. It is followed by a panel interview which attempts to ascertain whether the candidate is competent in areas such as Student Care Responsibilities; Liason Responsibilities; Mediation & Discipline Responsibilities, Administrative Responsibilities; Health and Safety Responsibilities and Protection of the Assets of the University.
