Rhythm Engineering Engineer interview questions

I got the job. I had one phone interview and was then asked to come in for an interview. They offered me the job the next day. That in-person meeting consisted of the four VP's, the GM, one other engineer, a Recruiting/Executive Assistant, and the CEO. The questions were technical, but quite routine and were easily navigated by anyone with a clue. But, I had no idea what to expect coming out of this interview because each person repeated pretty much the same thing about their's being a "disruptive technology" and that "they didn't want someone who thought like an engineer". There weren't hmany actual questions for me. The CEO made no eye contact with me until it was over as he was on his iPhone the rest of time. Aside from him and one of the VP's, everyone else in that group interview has left Rhythm.
