      I interviewed at Richard Goettle

      Interview

The interview lasted for about 30 minutes, and it was a valuable experience for me. The interviewer started by giving me an overview of the company, detailing its mission, vision, and the various projects they are currently working on. He talked passionately about the company culture, emphasizing the importance of collaboration and innovation within the team. For the first part of the interview, I mostly listened, absorbing the information and getting a feel for the organization's values and goals. As we moved into the last 20 minutes, he opened up the floor for questions, encouraging me to ask anything that came to mind. I took this opportunity to inquire about specific aspects of the role, the team's dynamics, and potential career advancement opportunities. His responses were thoughtful and informative, providing me with a clearer picture of what I could expect if I were to join the team. Overall, it was an engaging conversation that left me feeling excited about the potential of working with them.
