Filled out application online and waited weeks to hear back. After checking in I was eventually given a phone screening with human resources. This was followed up with a video panel interview. I did not get the position due to contract changes. They kept my application on file so they called me months later to interview for the customer service representative position. Received an offer but it was part time, low pay.

Easy. I was just referred by another employee. Then, I got the job. Interviewers were pleasant and friendly but was always distracted. Office culture seems cold. I was out of there in less than an hour.
