Interview
The process was very straightforward and simple. I spoke briefly with my eventual manager about the position, I was emailed the job description and an interview was scheduled. I had a phone screening that went well and then had an in person interview.
They said there would be two rounds of interviews. The first one was conducted online by two interviewers. Since the logistics team often requires cooperation with internal and external officials, they seemed to value communication skills.
