Was asked a set of questions. Two people were present at the interview which took place in a large meeting room. The interview included a written test with different reference questions on a wide variety of topics.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Richmond Hill Public Library (Richmond Hill, ON) in May 2024

The interview was extremely difficult and took about an hour. After the interview, there was also a written test. Most of the interview was situational questions and the written test was supposed to be completed within 30 minutes, but it took longer than I thought.
