A recruiter reached out to me on behalf of the company. I was not looking for a job at the time, but the company, its values, compensation and work environment was very appealing so I decided to try it out.
My initial phone conversations were with the recruiter over the course of a couple days. I had my first interview with members of the Sales Team. It was a very laid-back and comfortable interview process. The questions were professional, relevant and thought provoking.
I was called back for a second interview with the President of the company. He spoke highly of the company and employees and had a very professional but relaxed demeanor. I felt like I was already apart of the team. I was offered a position on the spot and started two weeks later.
The company is not one to waste anyone's time and is extremely mindful of the interview process and correspondence back and forth.
