I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Ricoh (New York, NY)
Interview
I was interviewed by the site manager. She was thorough and very nice. The site manager had you at ease and the interview was more like catching up with an old friend. I did not get the job I interviewed for (Supervisor), I was offered an Assistant Manager position couple weeks later.
1) A position-by-position review of roles in previous positions held.
2) A position-by-position review of previous compensation levels in prior positions.
3) A discussion about career goals and milestones.
4) A discussion about job offer details.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Ricoh (West Seattle, WA) in Mar 2018
Interview
Applied online. Recruiter emailed me within a week. Interview was in person. Overall it was a very simple, easy going interview. Except the person asked me more than once about being overqualified. This is code for being too old for the position. If I applied for the job, then it's a job I'm interested in. But this is clearly a company that doesn't want to hire anyone over the age of 40, illegal or not.
