Resume shortlisted ..on the basis of that HR calls the person for interview .Interview taken by Technical people and depend upon the position CIO also take the round and then we have FInal HR round
3 stages - 1st stage was interview with potential boss, 2nd stage was interview with potential boss and wider group & presentation - 3rd stage was Interview with my potential bosses boss

All one on one. First with Portfolio Product Manager. A week later it was the Marketing Ops Manager. Then finally an informal culture session with the VP of Marketing 5 days later.

Phone screening with Human Resources checking background information and fit for position. Next there was an in person interview with several managers. Finally there was a discussion with the hiring manager.
