I applied through other source. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Ridgewood Country Club in Apr 2022

Interview

The process was fairly easy. I went in to meet the caddy master after some back and forth communication with the club. The chat with him was about 10-15 minutes explaining why I want to work there and am fit for the job. Went to training and shadowing and off I was carrying bags on the course

It was pretty straight-forward. I met with the managers and they were all very nice. They asked me questions about what I do and my background, and I handed them my resume to view. I spoke to them and asked about who they were and what they do. They were open and communicative.
