Interview
I saw the ad on Indeed, but I applied through their Blue Gate website. They contacted me within the few days that followed and we scheduled an interview. I had applies with them a few months before, but had declined their offer; they had remembered me and I was already in good standing with them. I interviewed w/Marty from their HR; he was very sociable and passionate about the company. They look for honest, sociable, hardworking people who they can trust to share their companies values.

Interview
Very easy interview. They ask a few basic questions but will hire anyone. They don't give a full job description. They might throw you in the dish room at the end of the day even though it is not the job you were hired for.
