RightSourcing interview questions

Referred to the position by a known internal contact. Previous work with this company eased the interview process based on five years of experience in the particular skills required for the job.

It was actually pretty chill! First, I had a quick phone call with someone from HR last week, just to go over my resume and make sure I was a good fit. Then today, I had a video interview with two people from the marketing team. They asked me about some of my class projects and how I work in a team. At one point, they gave me a scenario where the company was launching a new product, and I had to come up with a mini social media campaign on the spot. It was a bit nerve-wracking, but I think I did okay! We also talked a lot about their company culture, and they asked how I deal with deadlines and handle multiple projects at once. I think they were trying to see if I could manage the fast-paced environment.
