Rightangled interview questions

Applied online, got an online assignment with 2 parts to evaluate your CS and Managerial skills, then I eventually talked to their HR for a chat, and review on experience and other usual topics. I have promised a next (last?) interview in the following week with the CEO but never heard back. I have followed up but the answers are confusing, and it seems that they are too busy to carry on with the interview process.

fairly sizeable case study, with not much information provided. Took 4 weeks to give any sort of feedback. Felt like one senior leader and huge gaps in hierarchy leading to childish inexperience.
