Was rather informal which I appreciated. But the ambiguity of the business model and product was concerning. Seemed to be hiring for something that was not fully baked, or maybe not even ready to go into oven. Seemed risky as the US Higher Ed market is systematically different that Canada’s where their current product services. Interviewer could not articulate the value proposition of product.
