I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Rincon Research Corporation (Tucson, AZ) in Nov 2024
Interview
Began with a phone screen, a barrage of technical questions. Then the in person event, which they flew me out for. Took about five hours of total interviewing with a one hour lunch break. Rotating between engineers of different backgrounds, each asking about 2-3 questions which I'd explain on a whiteboard.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Rincon Research Corporation (Tucson, AZ) in Feb 2025
Interview
There were three milestones in the interview process. The first was an informal phone conversation to assess interest in the company and gain some clarification on the applicant's background. That was followed by a coding challenge that was delivered via email. And the last milestone was an on-site interview. That interview took about six hours long and consisted of some orientation on company benefits, business mission and organization, and technical interviews, which accounted for most of the six hours. The on-site interview also included lunch sponsored by the company.

I spoke with a recruiter on the phone, who set up a phone interview with one of the engineers. Immediately after the interview, they sent me a coding assessment to complete.
