Rio Grande (CO) interview questions

Applied online. Phone screening scheduled within 48hrs. Completed the phone screen which seemed to go well and was advised of next steps. Since then the internal recruiter/HR contact has ghosted me. Very bizarre and rude behavior, but good to find how they treat a potential employee now rather than later. The fact that they have multiple openings for similar positions could be a sign of poor employee retention.
