The process was pretty efficient. Applied online and was arranged with my first interview in about 2 weeks. All three of my interviews were held over Skype with Riot employees back in China and HongKong. First interview was about getting to know you as a person. Second was about showing how well do you understand the game LOL itself. Third round was a tough one.
