Interesting research prompts about the gaming industry with some actually fun problems to think through. All interviewers were kind, knowledgeable, and happy to take extra time to answer questions. Some even prompted me to think differently about the questions, which ended up being an enjoyable collaborative experience. The biggest negative was the amount of it took to get through the process. It took me 6 months from start to offer, and 3 months after my final interview loop. The recruiter was receptive to my check-ins every few weeks, and my impression was that if I had done poorly they would have cut me loose.
