I interviewed at Rippling (San Francisco, CA) in Apr 2025
Interview
I interviewed at Rippling. It was a 3 round interview and interviewers was just looking for hiring someone. No crazy questions, everything is regarding actual working environment. They were genuinely looking forward to hire.

Question 1
Was there any time that you had to learn something very fast and what was it, how did you handle it.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Rippling (Bengaluru) in Feb 2025
Interview
They don't give proper feedback when one is rejected. I did well in the interview but got rejected in the final round (manager round). The manager called Santosh Patil is so careless he was speaking to someone else sitting next to him throughout the interview and did not even bother to listen to the answers I was giving him. HR also does not bother to share proper feedback after the interview. Just a suggestion to Rippling - Get proper hiring managers who are at least going to listen to the candidate and interact with them, not managers who chit chat with others during the interview! Very negative experience overall.

1. What do you know about Rippling?

3. How did you handle a difficult situation in the absence of your leads?

It feels like is just one of those startup companies that don’t know what they’re doing! I’ve had a interview for Customer service specialist (30 min video call with recruiter) and then afterwards I’ve done an assessment which I have no idea about the “results” because the company ghosted me after that. Don’t be that type of company that don’t even give a feedback on their candidates, you’re dealing with people, some of them can’t be struggling trying to find employment and have to deal daily with that type of treatment!
