Communication with HR was the most notable as either they wanted to interview sooner than availability given and had their foot on the gas, or they took weeks to respond. One round of interview was a project followed by defending the work done and decisions made. No major issues.

The process consisted of an initial recruiter phone screen followed by a secondary interview with the Hiring Manager. While the recruiter screen was standard and professional, the transition to the Hiring Manager stage was where the experience significantly declined.
