Recruiter was very pushy and did not give me a lot of time to review the offer despite being on vacation which I had let her know. Everyone I interviewed with had a different thing to say about what the role entailed. Ultimately did not move forward with them because of the weird process.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Experience with going through employee requests. Time management.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Rippling (San Francisco, CA) in Mar 2024
Interview
After 4 interviews and a homework assignment that took me 6 hours to complete, I received an auto generated declination via email. Disappointing "customer service" on the employee experience side. Even when I asked for feedback, crickets. After this much investment in a company, I feel a personal phone call is warranted. Probably dodged a bullet, as I wouldn't want to work for an organization that is this disrespectful of a candidate's time and effort. Shame on TA and shame on the hiring manager.

This is not how you land good talent or improve your brand reputation.
