I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Rite Aid in May 2011
Interview
It took an entire month for me to get hired. First you fill out a paper application and hand it in to the store manager. They love having their egos stroked. Dress nicely; they love that. Call a few days to a week later and they'll let you know if they want you to come in to do the assessment. It's a joke. Basic questions you really should know the answers to. After that, give it another week and call back. I did and it took them forever to process me. I went in for a simple interview, pretended to be nice and like people, and here I am, a not so proud employee of Rite Aid.

I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Rite Aid (Manchester, NH) in Aug 2024
Interview
pretty meh if i say so myself it only took like half an hour so there's that the interveiwer was alright but it could have been better but all around it wasn't a horrbile experiance
They had me come in for an in-person interview. The lady to conducted the interview was kind and professional but at the end she told me I was overqualified. She was kind when she told me but it still didn't feel the greatest. I liked that she was up front with me and didn't leave me waiting to hear back about the position.

Question 1
Describe your past job experience and why it makes you a good fit for us.
Pretty simple, screening call then hiring manager interview. Screening took about 15 minutes and manager one was just verifying qualifications. After that you fill out forms and set up a schedule.
