I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Rite Aid (Aberdeen, NC) in Feb 2013
Interview
The interview process can take anywhere from 2 weeks to a little over a month. Once you apply, you set up an interview. The interview is pretty simple. The pharmacy manager just wants to make sure you know what you are doing and you have excellent customer service skills. After the interview they will run a background check and you will have to take drug test. If you can pass those two test you will be hired and begin cbt training.
Standard interview process. Asked about myself and my experience. Typical questioning about pharmacy background. Wasn’t very long process. Went well no complaints that I can remember. Thank you very much.
I interviewed at Rite Aid (Little Egg Harbor Township, NJ)
Interview
A short 5-10 minute interview with the pharmacist manager. They may ask you about your math capabilities, but overall short. No multiple rounds or excessive prying of the candidate. Overall, quite simple.
