Very easy and simple. Was in and out in less than 20 minutes. The store manager was very friendly. He described everything about what it was like to work for rite aid and told me about the hiring process.
The interview process was easy. I applied online and was called for an interview about one week later. It was an in-person event that allowed me to showcase my personality and skills. It was one day, and I was hired on the spot.

Interview
It was fairly easy. They just asked me meaningful questions that pertained to the job duties. The employees seemed nice, and they are passionate about their jobs. The interview was just fine.
Basically just asked me when I could start, was easy and I do not know why I was nervous. Would recommend applying and interviewing here for the easy job and free money.
