Ritter Insurance Marketing interview questions

I was asked questions that didnt even relate to the field. They cared more about attitude. The questions were easy and the managers that sat in were friendly. Of course they all left a month after I started so it doesnt matter anyway. Enjoy the high turnover rate.

Interview process consisted of a virtual meeting and in person meeting at the Harrisburg office. I enjoyed the process and didn’t have any issues. There is an amazing onboarding process for new employees and everyone is there to help!
