Rituals interview questions

L'entretien d'emnauche à eu lieu par téléphone ou tout se passait à la perfection mais lorsque j'ai répondu à la question sur mon âge, l'expression et l'échange avec la recruteuse s'est tout de suite fermée.

I had an initial telephone interview that lasted for about 10 minutes. They asked me about myself, what competitors Rituals have, and what good customer service looks like. I was then invited to an in person interview. They asked more detailed questions about how would I handle different situations with customers, times where I had showed ownership and initiative. I was asked to sell a product to the interviewer, I chose a hand cream. I explained the texture and the scent. Then, we had a more general conversation about my hobbies.
