I applied online. I interviewed at River Edge Behavioral Health (Macon, GA) in Jun 2024
Interview
Pretty easy. Normal interview at the location I worked at. They needed people so once she seen I’m capable of doing the job I was hired. It wasn’t many questions, more so her telling me about what the job entails. I was then given the opportunity to ask questions. My advice, research your role and ask questions. Be sure Behavioral Health is for you.

Interview
By phone initially due to COVID 19 restrictions. Called back one week later for an in house interview. Interview was very straight to the point although they arrived like 15 minutes late. No call back and it's been almost three weeks now.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at River Edge Behavioral Health (Macon, GA) in Jan 2017
Interview
The interview process was great. I was interviewed by two managers and asked a series of questions. I remember the manager asking me questions to see how I would handle difficult situations in the workplace. Unfortunately, I haven't a memory of exact questions because I was a bit nervous. I just know they are really looking for well rounded people who won't get angry easily because we deal with clients who come to us at their worst and have no where else to go. The last thing they need is someone professional yelling at them when all they are trying to do is get help.
