There was about 9 of us in a group interview, super simple and actually quite fun. questions were; why do you want to work for us and what can you bring to river island had to write that down in pairs then we went on the shop floor to find a outfit for celebrity of our choice. Next day got a phone call and couple days after had introduction were we filled in paper work and worked on the shop floor for a couple hours. all in all good experience and very quick.

Group interview of around 15. First task was saying your name a bit about you out loud, just general information it seems like name age what you do. Then the second task was writing down good customer service and bad customer service in your little group and reading it out to the group. During this, they are checking to see what you say, but try not to talk over anyone but definitely stand out. The second task was getting clothes from the shop floor presenting your outfit and explaining your choice. I don’t believe they cared too much about your previous experience but rather your personality.
