I was SO happy during the 4 months I stayed in one of Altido's apartments, in Lisbon. Everything was always tidy (weekly house cleanings), surprisingly, the WIFI never failed - yes, this is something to celebrate because usually, it's so bad! Nonetheless, I would like to say that Cynthia should win the reward of the best employee of the year. She was amazing with me - and my dog! :) Whenever I had doubts, or even when I didn't, she always wanted to make sure that everything was running smoothly and that I was happy with Altido's service.
