The interview process was all video artificial intelligence. Very odd. If you are applying for a customer-facing role would it not be deemed more suitable to have an interpersonal interview with a human being?

The process is relative straight forward it was an application and a video interview. After that they immediately hire or decline application.
The process is very straight forward but I would recommend stating you are fully flexible otherwise you may receive a decline to your application if you can't meet their minimum hours.

Group interview of about 10 people so quite a large group; questions were asked and then each person in the group had to go around and give an answer. Given a task to do in pairs, responding to different scenarios that are likely to occur in the workplace
