Quick interview with few in depth questions asked of me. The company appeared desperate to hire (should have been a warning sign) .I had to wait and hour over scheduledinner time, as management forgot about the interview.

it was ok, be prepared to talk about your past and if you are in recovery. They want to know lots about you and your past, they are very very nice about it. State your time constraints. If you only have a few minutes or you're busy, say so. Let them know.
