Round 1: HR Phone
- Fairly Simple. Checking your interest for the position. And whether your values are a good fit.
Round 2: Manager Phone( Technical + Behavioral)
- 30 minutes call scheduled. Make sure to you align by the job description. If good fit, will move to the final round.
Round 3: On site ( 5 one-on-one , 30 minutes each)

3.2 Director of Charging
Behavioral Questions and motivation to apply foe this particular position.
3.3. Tech Manager and a Data Scientist
High level current project description. Vision of Team . Application of Data in differenc projects in the pipeline.
3.4 Director of Software Engineering:
Questions / Discussion on Data Management, ETL Process and End-to-end solution of deployment of Data Science Models
3.5 Battery Systems Engineer:
Questions of Algorithm design approach. Asked an optimization modeling problem that required high level solution of Poison's distribution Stochastic model (Queuing theory).
3.6 HR:
Discussion of Relocation, Salary Expectations and Timelines.
