Interviews were fairly easy and focused on leadership qualities.
Interview process was too long and lasted for more than a month. Half the time it was me following up on the application. I had total 4 rounds of interviews.
1. Initial recruiter call.
2. Zoom calls with Hiring manager (leadership) and a staff engineer(technical)
3. Zoom calls with a peer of hiring manager, product manager and bar raiser (all leadership)
4. Hiring manager. (leadership)
The ridiculous thing about the last round of interviews was the manager opened by saying he received positive feedbacks for all the previous rounds. Let alone he was the first to interview me a month prior. If I have passed all the previous rounds and he was the first person to screen me, why would he reject me in the last round? Is this a pass-time for all people involved? Ridiculous!!!
