Interview
First round of the interview was a Technical Interview (45 minutes and one interviewer) Questions revolved around the resume and the internship role. Second round was Technical Presentation and Behavioral Questions (one hour in length with 3 interviewers)

Question 1
Situation based and revolving around core values of Rivian.
Interview process began with a timed question set, which was very straightforward and did not require significant prep. The next step, which was supposed to be a 30-min screener with a recruiter, turned into a 6-minute behavioral question sprint, which felt very rushed. The final interviews were two separate discussions with team members, the latter of which was what felt like 25 behavioral questions.
