Was first scheduled to attend a group overview session which goes over the role, the hours, and pay range. Then I was asked to express interest in the role if the information in the overview session met my expectations. I was then moved forward to two rounds of interviews with two different managers. Nothing out of the ordinary, just STAR type questions.
